The place
Tawesna est un salon de thé amazigh, solidaire qui a pour objectif de valoriser et préserver les traditions culinaires de la région.
Situé à l’entrée du Ksar, le restaurant solidaire Tawesna est implanté au coeur d’un jardin.
Ce salon de thé solidaire met à l’honneur le savoir-faire pluriel des femmes tout en préservant le patrimoine culinaire amazigh de la région de Ouarzazate. Tawesna n’est pas un simple restaurant mais aussi un lieu de vie où les femmes du village d’Ait Ben Haddou peuvent se retrouver.
